Ben Snyder · Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

I build companies, back the people who run them, and help families get their lives in order.

Founder of Snyder Tech and Bethlehem Capital. I work at the frontier of AI in the Lehigh Valley, building AI-native companies, empowering teams, and scaling owner-operators with capital and hands-on help.

The week

Where my time actually goes

Everything I do sits in one of four rings. Pick any part of the week to see who it’s for and how to reach them.

Work with the right team

What do you need?

I rarely take on work personally. I send it to the team that will do it best, and most of those teams I helped build.

What do you need?

Choose the closest fit, and I will point you to the team I would send you to.

Home

Family first, and I mean the calendar

I am a husband and a father before I am anything with a title. The businesses exist to serve the family, not the other way around, and my calendar is built to prove it: dinners are protected, weekends mostly belong to home.

I chose to build in the Lehigh Valley. The companies I run hire here, invest here and serve the businesses here. Bethlehem is not where I happen to work; it is home.

  • Deliver maximum value

If an existing tool or service serves you better, I will recommend it, even when it means we bill less.

  • Build once, compound forever

Capability built once should strengthen every company, family and person it touches afterwards.

  • Businesses are communities

A business is people organized around a common purpose, and everyone in it has a legitimate stake in how it is run.

  • Readiness over resources

I can help almost anyone who is ready to change. I cannot help anyone who isn’t, no matter what they can pay.

Supporting my family’s future

Clyde taught us what matters most: family that stays close, time together and doing good for others. The trust carries that forward, and one day his grandchildren will write the foundation’s mission together.

The long game

Tax, wealth and the discipline of knowing where you stand

I care about tax optimization the way a good steward cares about anything entrusted to them. Paying what you owe is a duty. Paying more than you owe because nobody looked is a failure of attention, and the cost compounds for a generation.

Family wealth is built on purpose: a plan for how money is earned, kept, structured and eventually passed on, written down and reviewed every year with real professionals.

None of that works without records. Every good decision I have made started with knowing exactly where things stood. That conviction is why WealthHut exists: one exact, sourced record of a family’s estates, companies, documents and books, so the next decision starts from the truth.

This is how I think about money, not tax, legal or investment advice. Decisions about your situation belong with your own CPA, attorney and advisors.

Giving back

The mentor who changed my trajectory

Dr. Ray Glemser is my mentor and my friend. He showed me what it looks like when someone who has built something serious gives their time to someone just starting out. Much of what I know about leadership, I learned by watching him.

Ray is now establishing The Glemser Foundation to guide young professionals and entrepreneurs in the Lehigh Valley. I am committed to supporting his mission with my time, my teams and my tools.

The Foundation is in formation and does not run programs yet. Among the programs it has planned, participants would track their finances in a personal finance app and meet a mentor every month. That is the same combination I already offer the people I mentor: structure, guidance, and the truth about where you stand.

Ready to change?

There is one requirement

You have to be ready to make serious changes in your life.

I spend part of every week mentoring entrepreneurs and people who are working to get their lives back on track: money, business, direction, habits. I don’t charge for it, and I don’t take everyone.
